Confirm delivery on the order page when it arrives safely. This starts your 14-day return window.

Connect Stripe

We use Stripe Connect for payouts. Onboarding takes a few minutes and handles identity and bank verification.

List your work

Add photos, dimensions, medium, edition, and price. You decide what everything costs — including shipping.

Collector buys

The sale lands in your dashboard. Commission is a flat 10% on paid plans, 15% on Free — taken on completed sales only.

You ship

Pack the piece and post it. Tracking syncs automatically from most carriers and is shared with the collector.

Payout releases

Stripe releases your payout 14 days after the collector confirms delivery. It lands in your bank in 1–3 business days.

The questions we hear most from both collectors and artists. Answered plainly.

What commission does Art Collective take?

A flat 10% on paid plans (Starter, Professional, Studio) and 15% on the Free plan. Commission is only charged when you sell — there are no listing fees and Stripe card-processing fees are the standard Stripe fees, not marked up.

When do artists get paid?

Payouts release 14 days after the collector confirms delivery. This matches the buyer return window — once a piece is accepted, the money is yours, transferred to your bank in 1–3 business days via Stripe Connect.

What if a piece arrives damaged or isn’t as described?

Contact support within the 14-day window. We pause the artist’s payout, open a claim with the artist and the carrier, and arrange a full refund or replacement.

Is every piece an original?

Yes. Every work listed is an original made directly by the artist. Where artists sell limited editions, each piece is still signed and numbered, and the edition size is on the artwork page.

Who sets the shipping costs?

The artist sets shipping. It’s shown at checkout before you pay and isn’t marked up — the artist keeps 100% of what you pay for shipping.

Can I sell from any country?
